On behalf of our client, eTeam is seeking a Product/Project Manager to support key clients in the development and deployment of enterprise software products.  These products are used by leading companies for the management of their digital payments programs both in stores and on-line, and this is an opportunity to join a great team in a dynamic and growing industry.

The Product Manager will work with global internal and external clients to manage the assessment, definition, and development of new product features. This position requires proficiency in an array of functional areas, including, but not limited to: development of specifications, project planning and communication, application testing and troubleshooting, and client account management.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the planning, scheduling and completion of various work initiatives, both technical and non-technical;
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project;
• Serves as an authority on the project, making decisions and recommendations as needed to deliver on expected outcomes;
• Ensures all project documentation is created and maintained in accordance with governance policies;
• Communicate project status to varying levels of management including executive audiences;
• Implement and manage project changes, and proactively identify, mitigate risks and issues to achieve project outputs;
• Perform project evaluations and assessment of results;
• Expected to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Project Management and/or experience with enterprise technology infrastructure solutions, including areas such as network, data center, shared services, VOIP, database, service delivery and help desk;
• Experience with Data Management solutions, including areas such as data warehouse, data visualizations, reporting, master data, data integration and data transformation;
• Experience with different project management methodologies (i.e. Iterative, RAD, Waterfall, Agile, etc.);
• Experience with Project, Office and Visio;
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to write in a clear and concise manner;
• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study (i.e. IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, etc.).

Will be a plus:

• Experience with SQL;
• PMP Certification.
